Our local art transportation service is built around eliminating each of those risks. Climate-controlled vehicles, secure tie-down systems, and trained art handlers make transit part of the preservation process rather than a break in it.

Our Transportation Process

  • Quote and scheduling. We provide a clear written quote based on number of pieces, distance, and any special handling needs. Pickup and delivery are scheduled at times that work for both the origin and the destination.
  • Pickup and loading. A two-person team arrives at the origin. Each piece is packed or padded as appropriate, loaded into the climate-controlled vehicle, and secured for transit.
  • Transit. Vehicles are operated by trained drivers who understand that an art transport is not a regular delivery run. Route planning, driving behavior, and speed all reflect what the cargo needs.
  • Delivery and documentation. At the destination, each piece is unloaded, inspected, and condition-documented at release. A record of the transit is retained for chain-of-custody purposes.
